Job summary

Performance Food Group in Oak Creek, WI, seeks a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support our distribution center operations. You will operate forklift and pallet jack to move inbound freight to inventory, replenish pick slots, and help maintain GMP and safety standards in a multi-temperature environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and ability to lift up to 90 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly for long shifts.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move inbound freight to inventory and staging areas.
• Replenish pick slots and assist with inventory checks as needed.
• Maintain GMP, safety standards, and a clean, organized work area.
• Complete paperwork and follow established procedures for shift operations.
