Job summary

The Hershey Company Memphis Plant is seeking a Warehouse Operator (Forklift I) to join our team. You will safely operate forklift equipment and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Candidates must have at least one year forklift experience, forklift certification, and basic computer skills including SAP. Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and ability to work varying shifts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum one year forklift operating experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Must have basic computer skills and SAP experience.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must pass eye examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift around pedestrians and equipment.
• Follow GMP, safe work habits, hygiene standards and housekeeping.
• Utilize SAP for warehouse-related activities.
• Support inventory activities, including month-end counts.
• Learn and operate multiple warehouse equipment types including reach lifts and robotics.
• Maintain clean work areas and participate in team meetings.
