Job summary

The Hershey Company Memphis plant is hiring a Production Operator to support high-speed manufacturing and packaging in a non-union environment. You will operate equipment, ensure food safety and quality, and perform daily audits and paperwork.

Shifts are 8 hours with flexible schedules, overtime, weekends, and some holidays. Training leads to assignment based on plant needs; eligibility to bid on other roles after one year. A clean work record and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related training welcome.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate equipment safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and monitor quality, speed, and waste.
• Maintain sanitation and complete daily production paperwork.
• Be flexible to work different shifts, overtime and holidays.
