Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Warehouse & Yard Operator in Claremore, OK to support manufacturing operations by moving materials, stocking inventory, and ensuring production flow. You will operate a forklift, handle loading/unloading, and uphold safety standards throughout the shift.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year in a warehouse, forklift experience, basic math and reading ability. Schedule is 2/3, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Ability to load/unload freight safely with a forklift.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and documents.
• Basic written communication skills.
• Ability to do simple math and use a computer.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a continuous flow of materials to production lines.
• Move semi-finished goods between production stages.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials.
• Store completed products from in-house production.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials safely during shifts.
• Load and unload freight following safety procedures.
• Remove scrap and waste from the facility.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
