Job summary

Commercial Metals LTD in Texas is seeking a hands-on team member to support production operations in an industrial environment. The role focuses on equipment operation, safety adherence, and material handling to ensure efficient, safe workflows.

• Attends all safety meetings
• Follows directions of operation leaders and senior team operators
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Experience with metal sorting a plus but not required; to include the ability to distinguish between different metals and/or other materials for grading purposes and recognizing safety hazards
• Must be able to frequently lift 25 lbs or more to include carrying or pushing objects up to 100ft
• Must be able to perform the physical task of the job assigned; to include climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Must be able to stand for significant lengths of time in an industrial environment with exposure to all elements of weather

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
