Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; six months related experience preferred.
• Must be equipment certified.
• Experience using RF equipment to track product.
• Excellent customer service attitude and skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate basic equipment and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report deviations.
• Ensure equipment is maintained according to company standards.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load/unload.
• Read orders and determine items to move or ship.
• Receive inbound cargo; offload, count, and label.
• Load outbound shipments and prepare for staging.
• Hand stack or pack-off as needed; assist other departments.
