Job summary

TVS SCS NA is seeking a Forklift Driver / Material Handler in a full-time role at our Iowa City, IA facility. The position utilizes stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to receive, store, and move materials, with RF scanning for accurate tracking and dispatching.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years forklift experience in a busy warehouse, and OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain it. Schedule is full-time with no travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of forklift experience in a busy warehouse environment (stand-up and sit-down).
• OSHA-endorsed forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to move racks and containers.
• Locate, relocate, load, unload, and stack materials in designated areas.
• Perform routine daily equipment inspections and escalate issues.
• Gather finished orders for movement to the outbound shipping area.
• Ensure products are labeled and free of damage, overages, and shortages.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards; maintain housekeeping.
