UFP Industries, Inc is seeking a Forklift Operator I to move material between inventory, production and finished goods. You will maintain production records and ensure accurate paperwork according to schedule.

Responsibilities include moving material between stations, labeling and packing, supporting production bottlenecks, performing basic preventive maintenance, and completing shift checklists. Qualified candidates should have at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED preferred,

Competenze

• Minimum 9th grade education; high school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Forklift driving experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques preferred.
• Successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Mansioni

• Move material in process from one station to another.
• Band, wrap and/or pack finished goods, and label material.
• Move finished goods to inventory yard or warehouse.
• Assist production with bottlenecks and material needs.
• Provide general preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Complete pre-shift startup equipment checklist and report issues.
• Maintain organized inventory yard for materials and finished goods.
• Complete production records as required.
• Follow forklift rules and company policies.
• Participate in safety, CI and other programs and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.
