Job summary

Smurfit Westrock Fort Worth Box on Demand is seeking a Forklift Driver to support a fast-paced packaging facility in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, supplying production lines, and performing quality checks to maintain accurate counts and safe operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification with 3-5 years of experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification with 3-5 years forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts; overtime may be required.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently; math skills will be assessed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; warehouse goods and materials; supply production lines as needed.
• Ensure units are banded properly and load tags are visible; check for broken or missing straps.
• Perform last visual quality inspections; ensure unit and truck counts and paperwork are accurate.
• Train on computerized scanner for inventory control; unload incoming material and perform quality inspections.
