Job summary

Behr Paint Company in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to safely operate forklifts and reach trucks, load/unload trailers, and manage stock with high accuracy.

You will inspect shipments, rotate inventory, and perform routine quality checks while following safety procedures. Prior forklift experience is preferred, but training and certification are available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Safety equipment must be worn at all times (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses).
• Complete safety training before operating equipment.
• Attention to stock numbers and surrounding safety is essential.
• High school education is required; basic math skills needed.
• Previous forklift experience is preferred, but training and certification are available.
• Responsibilities include lifting up to 75 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to load/unload from trailers.
• Stock, rotate, and verify inventory accuracy.
• Inspect shipments for defects and document discrepancies.
• Perform routine quality checks and report issues.
