Job summary

Behr Paint Company in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator to load and unload cargo using forklifts and reach trucks. You’ll manage inventory, stock and rotate items, and ensure accurate placement while maintaining safety protocols.

You will operate forklifts with slip-sheet attachments, reach trucks up to 35 feet, and rider jacks; perform quality checks, document discrepancies, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly. Training is provided for forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Basic math skills required.
• Previous forklift experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to load/unload at docks.
• Manage inventory: stocking, rotating, and ensuring proper placement.
• Inspect shipments for errors or defects and document discrepancies.
• Perform routine quality checks and report damages or shortages.
• Rotate dated products and assist with stock control to keep operations smooth.
