Paladin Envirotech Company in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a reliable Forklift Operator / Quality & Inventory Control Specialist to support daily warehouse and production operations. You will operate forklifts, track inventory, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and staging of materials.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safe forklift operation in a busy environment, and collaboration with warehouse, production and shipping teams.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy warehouse or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Ability to read and understand inventory labels, shipping documents, and work instructions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Move materials to designated warehouse, production, staging, and shipping areas.
• Assist with receiving materials and verifying quantities against docs.
• Identify, label, and track inventory throughout the facility.
• Assist with counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and correct records.
• Keep inventory areas organized and clearly identified.
• Enter/update inventory info in the system as required.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, receiving, shipping, and management teams.
• Stage materials based on production or shipping needs.
• Locate missing or misplaced inventory and communicate shortages.
• Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Follow safety procedures and forklift operating requirements.
• Assist in other warehouse, production, receiving, or shipping duties as needed.
