Job summary

PPS is seeking a Forklift Operator to join its Crew near Downtown Phoenix. This is a permanent, full-time role that supports shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations within a fast-paced facility.

The operator will move, load, unload, and organize materials, perform daily safety inspections, and help maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with PPE policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or training preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move and transport materials.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Move materials and products to designated storage and production areas.
• Stage products for shipping and receiving.
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for visible damage.
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and equipment issues.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
