Formación

• Previous reach forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a reach forklift to transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and move materials between storage racks, staging areas, and shipping docks.
• Pick and pull orders accurately using pick tickets or warehouse management systems.
• Stack and organize pallets in designated locations, ensuring stability and safety.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as wrapping pallets, labeling, and organizing inventory.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards at all times.
