Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator II to move, locate, and count merchandise in a warehouse. You will operate forklifts and may perform order filler or checker duties while maintaining productivity and safety. The base hourly rate for this position is $20.75 HOUR to $22.75; multiple shifts are available.

Qualification: 2+ years forklift experience and ability to obtain NFI forklift certification. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years forklift operation experience.
• Must pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good customer service and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete pre-operation inspection forms.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated locations.
• Unload shipments and move products to storage locations.
• Perform order picking accurately and timely.
• Support inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Use RF scanning devices for inventory accuracy.
• Report safety concerns promptly.
