Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator I to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise in our warehouse. You will operate material handling equipment, perform pre-operation checks, and support inventory accuracy with RF scanning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months forklift operation experience preferred.
• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Completes pre-operation inspection forms.
• Stacks and stores merchandise using forklift/equipment.
• Unloads shipments and moves products to storage locations.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment.
• Verifies quantity and product type loaded and shipped.
• Performs order picking accurately and timely.
• Moves products into trailers for outbound loads.
• Supports inventory accuracy with documentation and RF scanning.
