Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Groveport, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator II to safely operate powered equipment (High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret, Clamp, Double Fork) for receipt, storage and order fulfillment. This is 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

You will perform picking, pallet moves, cycle counts, and maintain accuracy while adhering to OSHA safety rules in a team-driven environment. Apply via [e-mail].

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years' experience with daily power equipment operations; 6 months minimum required.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to operate high reach, order picker, Drexel/turret swing mast, clamp and double fork trucks.
• Not afraid of working at extended heights with a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full case order picking for replenishment and customer orders.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Use of wire guidance systems for navigating narrow aisles where applicable.
• Loading and unloading pallets and cases from trucks and conveyors.
• Sort, build and wrap products to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain storage location accuracy with daily cycle counts.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and perform other duties as needed.
