FedEx Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Forklift Operator II for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on safe operation of complex material handling equipment, accurate order picking, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position requires at least 6 months on powered equipment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Candidates will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience with powered equipment; 6 months minimum required.
• Must meet PPE and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to operate High Reach, Order Picker, Drexel/Turret Swing Mast, Clamp and Double Fork Truck.
• Not afraid of heights; strong sense of urgency and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong team player.

Responsabilités

• Full case order picking for replenishment and customer orders.
• Pallet retrieval and put away in narrow aisle bulk rack storage.
• Quality control to ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Navigate narrow aisles using wire guidance systems where applicable.
• Load/unload pallets and cases from trucks/conveyor lines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with daily counts and cycle checks.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and company policies.
