Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a warehouse associate for our food manufacturing site. The role involves receiving load requests, picking pallets, and loading trailers while strictly following Good Warehouse Practices and OSHA safety standards.

Experience with forklifts, WMS, and SAP is preferred. You must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, and able to work in cold environments. This is a full-time onsite position with competitive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2+ years related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Experience with WMS and SAP ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive product requests from load sheets and pick pallets for trailer loading.
• Operate equipment per GWP and OSHA regulations.
• Operate lift equipment safely to minimize damage to products and racking.
• Report malfunctions of high lift stackers and reach trucks to supervisor.
• Assist with periodic inventories as needed.
