Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive product requests, select pallets, and load trailers from storage racks. You will operate equipment in compliance with GWP and OSHA, use lift equipment safely, and report any malfunctions to your supervisor.

The role may involve inventory support and ensuring accurate data entry into terminals daily. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experience, forklift certification, and training completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Forklift certification and cart driver training required.

Responsibilities

• Receive product requests from load sheets and pick pallets for distribution.
• Operate equipment per Good Warehouse Practices and OSHA regulations.
• Operate lift equipment safely to minimize damage to products and racking.
• Report malfunctions of high lift stacker/reach truck equipment to supervisor.
• Assist with periodic inventories as needed.
