Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate role in a food manufacturing environment. You will operate forklifts and related equipment to receive, store and move palletized goods while following OSHA safety standards.

There is a 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with a starting wage of $18.25 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential for eligible hours. Benefit offerings include multiple health and vision plans, an immediately vesting 401(k) with company match, disability and life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, brooms, carts, and related handling equipment.
• Familiarity with WMS and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment to receive, store, and transport palletized products in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Efficiently pick and stage pallets from storage racks to Forward Pick areas to support timely trailer loading and distribution.
• Maintain smooth product flow by ensuring all material movements are completed accurately and within established timeframes.
• Perform regular equipment checks, reporting any malfunctions or safety issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Support inventory control by assisting with periodic counts and organizing storage areas following Good Warehouse Practices (GWP).
