Exol is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move and stage palletized product within our fulfillment center. The role requires current forklift/PIT certification and strict adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, loading/unloading, and accurate WMS scanning. Onboarding may provide certification opportunities, and E-Verify is part of employment verification in the United States.

As a Forklift Operator, you will safely operate powered industrial trucks to move, stack, load, and stage product throughout the fulfillment center. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring current forklift/PIT certification and strict adherence to safety and traffic-control standards.
Certified & Safe: Current forklift/PIT driving experience, and the ability to obtain certification during onboarding, and a strong safety record. Precision: Ability to maneuver equipment accurately in tight spaces and at height without damaging product or racking. Physical Readiness: Ability to operate equipment and perform warehouse duties throughout a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reliability: Consistent, punctual attendance and focus in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
Experience with reach trucks, order pickers (cherry pickers), or turret trucks. RF scanning and WMS experience in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution center.
