Job summary

Exol is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move and stage palletized product within our fulfillment center. The role requires current forklift/PIT certification and strict adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, loading/unloading, and accurate WMS scanning. Onboarding may provide certification opportunities, and E-Verify is part of employment verification in the United States.

Qualifications

• Current forklift/PIT driving experience with ability to obtain certification during onboarding.
• Strong safety record and reliable performance in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to operate equipment in tight spaces and at height without damage.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Complete daily pre-operation inspections and remove unsafe equipment.
• Load/unload trailers and move product between receiving, storage, and staging areas.
• Scan and verify loads in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Follow safety and traffic-control standards and report hazards.
