Team Summary

The Warehouse Operations Team is responsible for loading finished goods to internal and external customers and facilities, unloading finished goods and raw materials from outside vendors while verifying accuracy.

Job Summary

The Forklift Operator is a full-time position reporting directly to the Warehouse Services Supervisor. The role involves executing inventory stocking, counting, and picking plans, adhering to OSHA warehouse and forklift safety rules, and supporting warehouse operations through safe driving, loading, unloading, and staging of products.

Essential Duties

• Maintain knowledge of safe lift truck operation according to OSHA and company policies.
• Wear safety PPE at all times, follow safety procedures, operate lift trucks safely, and perform housekeeping duties.
• Load and unload trucks/railcars, transfer goods within the warehouse, and verify accuracy of inventory.
• Pick orders, load trucks, print BOLs, and follow proper loading procedures.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive environment.
• Assist in other logistics operations as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Mobile Equipment operation.

Physical Demands

• Frequent transport, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, talking, and hearing.
