Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months forklift operation experience preferred.
• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service and basic math competencies.
• Base hourly rate is $21.50 with potential shift-based increases.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Completes pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Stacks and stores merchandise using forklift, clamp, or push-pull equipment.
• Unloads inbound shipments and moves product to storage.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment per requirements.
• Verifies quantity and product type for loads before shipping.
• Performs order picking accurately and timely.
• Moves products from staging to trailers for outbound loads.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through documentation and counts.
• Assists with physical and cycle counts as directed.
• Uses RF scanners to support inventory management.
• Reports safety concerns promptly.
• Demonstrates basic Excel and computer skills.
• Performs other duties as required.
