Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Forklift Driver to unload baling scrap, band loads, and offload sheeted materials into the press WIP area. The role requires operating a forklift, stacking bales by grade, and assisting with loading trucks.

Starting pay is $25.04/hour with shift differential; potential earnings up to $39.66/hour in other departments. Overtime and Saturdays may be required; benefits include 401(k), health and welfare coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift preferred but not required.
• Must be flexible: able to work other shifts, overtime and Saturdays when needed.
• Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload the baling machine and offload sheeted loads into the press WIP area.
• Band and strap waste loads; weigh bales and tag inventory.
• Stack bales by grade and assist with loading semi-trucks and pallets.
• Perform required forklift safety checks and operate the equipment safely.
