Job summary

Relogistics in Hickory, NC is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets and materials across the warehouse, support production, and assist with loading and unloading customer trailers. You may hand-sort pallets and repair damaged pallets as needed.

You’ll work 1st shift (Fri–Sun, 6:30am–3:00pm) at $18.00 per hour, with competitive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision and a 401(k). Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and forklift experience; certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–3 years forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, following safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
