Job summary

quirchfoods is looking for a warehouse associate in Atlanta to operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect received shipments, and keep the facility organized. The role includes inventory counts, order picking for customers, stock rotation, and loading/unloading of trucks per purchase orders.

The candidate should read and communicate in English, be able to handle scanners like CK31/CK71, and work safely in a cold environment while lifting up to 100 pounds. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and comprehend English and follow instructions.
• Experience with forklifts and handheld scanners preferred.
• Ability to work in a cold environment and lift 20–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and pallet jack as needed.
• Inspects received products for damages and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Maintains organized, clean warehouse and performs cycle counts.
• Prepares orders and labels for pickup or loading.
• Receives trucks and loads/unloads per PO requirements.
• Maintains product storage integrity and asset security.
