Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Pass background check, drug screen, physical, and Caetus Aptitude testing.
• Willing to travel and work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Professional attitude and conduct.
• Multi-tasking, interpersonal communication, problem solving and time management skills.
• High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound shipments.
• Move merchandise to storage locations.
• Build, pick, and pack pallets.
• Perform quality checks on inbound goods.
• Carry out basic forklift maintenance (recharging battery, refueling).
• Identify and report mechanical/electrical faults to supervisor or technicians.
• Pack items in area/warehouse by hand when needed.
• Follow all company safety guidelines.
• Read production sheets and record weights.
