Wood Personnel Services seeks experienced Forklift Operators for manufacturing and distribution facilities in Lebanon, TN and the surrounding Wilson County area. If you have recent forklift experience, a strong commitment to safety, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

We offer multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekends) with pay up to $24.20 per hour. Responsibilities include operating various lift equipment, loading/unloading, moving inventory, picking/staging orders,

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of forklift experience within the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, order picker or electric pallet jack equipment (depending on assignment).
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Moving materials throughout the warehouse.
• Picking and staging orders.
• Receiving and storing inventory.
• Supplying production or shipping areas with materials.
• Performing routine equipment inspections before each shift.
• Following all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.

We are looking for dependable operators who take pride in working safely, efficiently, and accurately.

Interested candidates must have: a at least 6 months of forklift experience within the past 3 years

Forklift Operator Shift and Compensation

• $ up to $24.20 per hour
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts

Shift and pay may vary depending on the client assignment
