Job summary

ODPGroup is seeking an Equipment Operator in Weston, FL to support loading, unloading and picking of products using powered lifting equipment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of warehouse experience, with basic math and computer skills. A forklift licensing program completion is required or expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills (internet, keyboard, documents).
• Ability to lift minimum 70 pounds, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Ability to operate lifting equipment (forklift licensing program).
• Experience with Warehouse Systems.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and/or pick products using powered lifting equipment.
• Move products throughout the facility.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Interact with supervisors and teams for task coordination.
• Suggest improvements to distribution processes in group settings.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
