Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment and manage movement of goods across the facility. The role supports receiving, replenishment, order fulfillment, and shipping while upholding safety, quality, and inventory standards.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and the ability to obtain PIT certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other PIT equipment preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain PIT certification.
• RF scanners and WMS experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks safely (forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers).
• Load/unload trailers and ensure product integrity.
• Move inventory to storage locations and replenish picking zones.
• Pick and transport customer orders per procedures.
• Perform inventory movements and record with RF scanners/WMS.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Follow OSHA and warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work area with 5S practices.
• Support cycles counts, audits, and stock verification.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates about needs.
