Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our operations team in Pennsylvania. The role involves loading and unloading, pallet sorting, and supporting production while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will operate forklifts, follow strict safety protocols, and contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse. Training is provided if needed, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience; certification preferred, training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse workflows.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision, safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets according to product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized by practicing 'Clean as You Go.'
• Be prepared for physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs and doing repetitive motions.
