Rehrig Pacific is seeking motivated Forklift Operators to join our production team. You will safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials, assist with pallet handling, and support production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; training available.
• Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload safely using forklifts and move materials.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; practice 'Clean as You Go'.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
