Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our Lincolnton operations team. You will load and unload materials, move products, and help maintain a smooth production flow.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience with certification; training is offered. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced warehouse environment in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training available
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using forklifts safely
• Follow safety protocols and maintain zero incidents
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions
