Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is hiring forklift operators to move materials safely and efficiently in our production environment in Lincolnton, NC. The role requires operating forklifts to load/unload trailers and support production teams while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but we’ll train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts.
• Safety first, always—follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents.
• Sort & support pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay clean & organized—practice "Clean as You Go" in a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift & move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
