Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Redlands, CA is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to safely move products in the distribution center. You will load/unload using the WMS, operate high-reach and counterbalance equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications include 2+ years on a stand-up reach, ability to read distribution documents, and a forklift certification. High school diploma or GED required; 2pm–10:30pm shift.

Job Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of products within the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage.

Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.

Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

• Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
• Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
• Cross train and become knowledgeable in other areas. Provide backup support when required. Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
• Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, preferred. Knowledge and Skills:
