Schwan's Company in Florence, KY, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive product requests, pick pallets, and load trailers in a safety-conscious environment.

You will operate lift equipment, follow GWP/OSHA regulations, and assist with inventories. This full-time role offers starting pay of $20.25 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential for evening/night shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years related experience is preferred.
• Forklift certification and cart driver training completion are required.
• Ability to operate in cold environments (33–30°F).
• WMS and SAP ERP usage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive product requests and pick pallets for trailer loading.
• Operate equipment per GWP and OSHA regulations.
• Use lift equipment safely to load and stage pallets.
• Report malfunctions of lift equipment to supervisor.
• Assist with periodic inventories as needed.
