Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Forklift Operator in Chino, CA. The role focuses on safely operating forklift equipment to move materials, support inventory control, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

The position requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, experience with Raymond equipment, RF scanners, and a strong attention to detail. The shift is Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating Raymond equipment including Cherry Picker, Stand-Up High Reach, Clamp Truck.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in order picking, replenishment, inventory control, and product staging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Clamp Trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Pick, replenish, and stage inventory for customer orders.
• Fulfill orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Relocate products throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and productivity standards.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet operational goals.
• Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
