Employee Force Provider - EFP Staffing seeks a Certified Reach Forklift Operator for a fast-paced warehouse in Chino, CA. Work on a 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with safety-focused duties and opportunities for wage increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Current Reach Forklift Certification required.
• Experience operating a reach forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Put away, replenish, and retrieve palletized inventory from high rack locations.
• Load and unload products from trailers as needed.
• Pick and stage materials for outbound orders.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse following safety procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Maintain inventory locations using RF scanners or WMS.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow safety policies and productivity standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
