Job summary

Staffmark Group in Chino, CA is hiring an Equipment Operator to support a fast-paced distribution center. The role requires operating stand-up high-reach, cherry picker, and/or clamp forklifts, while picking, replenishing, and staging inventory for shipping.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using RF scanners, ensuring accuracy, following safety standards, and maintaining an organized workspace. HS diploma preferred; 1 year forklift/warehouse experience recommended.

Qualifications

• 1 year cherry picker and/or stand-up reach truck experience.
• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse environments.
• Ability to identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping docs.
• Knowledge of safe material handling and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other handling equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up high-reach, cherry picker, and/or clamp forklifts.
• Pick and replenish inventory accurately.
• Perform case picking and order fulfillment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Stage product for shipping and receiving activities.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement.
• Follow safety procedures and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
