Staffmark Group is hiring a Forklift Operator in Fullerton, CA. The role involves safely operating Cherry Picker and Stand-Up Reach forklifts, moving inventory, and using RF scanners to fulfill orders.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of Cherry Picker and Stand-Up Reach Forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass an equipment assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cherry Picker experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Stand-Up Reach Forklift experience.
• Ability to pass a forklift/equipment operation assessment.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker and Stand-Up Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pull, and replenish product from elevated rack locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately process orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Verify inventory counts and product locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
