Job summary

PFG Manufacturing in Illinois is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment to move materials through the distribution process, stack and locate items, and ensure quality and GMP standards are met.

The role requires 6+ months of warehouse experience, ability to handle multi-temperature environments, and the flexibility to work overtime as needed. Safety gear and procedures are emphasized throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10–90 lbs depending on location).
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck).
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Maintain safety and GMP-quality standards in all tasks.
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation.
• Perform general housekeeping and equipment checks.
