Job summary

PFG Manufacturing in Milford, IA is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula to support its warehouse operations. This full-time role operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment, moving goods through the distribution process, maintaining GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper storage slots and move pallets with forklift or pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock and rotate stock as needed.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots; remove outdated inventory.
• Inspect pallets for damage and secure equipment; perform safety checks and paperwork.
