Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Mississippi seeks a forklift operator to move materials and load products safely within a manufacturing/retail distribution environment.

You will operate forklifts, position forks, transport materials, unload and stack items, and maintain a clean, safe yard. The role requires a minimum of 2 years forklift experience and strong customer service skills to meet scheduled loads.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in loading/unloading materials.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Position forks, lifting platform or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products or materials.
• Transport materials to designated area.
• Unload and stack materials.
• Inventory materials on yard.
• Maintain yard and work area in a clean and safe manner.
• Work with minimal supervision to ensure customers are loaded as scheduled without undue delay.
