Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator in Minnesota to join our dock team. You will sort, load, and unload freight using forklift and pallet jack, while ensuring secure trailer loading and accurate shipment scanning with handheld devices.

Night shifts are offered with benefits for those scheduled to work 30+ hours weekly. The role is exempt under the Motor Carrier Act. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math, with or without a calculator.
• Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use pallet jack and forklift to move shipments.
• Secure freight inside trailers using proper tools.
• Follow safety policies to work safely and efficiently.
• Scan and track shipments with handheld devices.
• Work on a dock that may be not climate-controlled for extended periods.
