Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Dayton, NJ is seeking a dependable Forklift Driver to support distribution center operations. The role involves daily inventory moves, pallet stacking, and use of power equipment to load, unload, and stage products with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will collaborate with warehouse staff, maintain organization, and assist with safety initiatives while following PKMS and site policies. A high school diploma and forklift experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience operating Swing Reach, Reach Truck and Order Picker.
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork.
• Strong communication (verbal/written).
• Ability to learn PKMS warehouse system.
• Ability to read locations and SKUs.
• Willing and able to operate multiple WSI DDC equipment.
• Positive attitude, work under pressure, fast learner.
• Overtime flexibility.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage products using power equipment.
• Complete daily pick for hub and manage inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload items, stack and organize using various equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping of aisles and surroundings.
• Promote safety awareness and follow safety culture guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
