Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Driver for 2nd shift at the Dayton, NJ distribution center. You will load, unload, pick, and stage items, operate multiple types of power equipment, and help maintain inventory accuracy using our warehouse systems.

This onsite role requires at least 1 year forklift experience, good attendance, strong English communication, ability to read locations and SKUs, and the flexibility to work overtime while supporting a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year forklift experience with order picker, reach truck, pacer, or turret.
• Onsite role with ability to work overtime and dependability.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily loading/unloading and staging using power equipment.
• Complete daily hub pick and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse system for task management and location verification.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
