Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc Distribution Center in Dayton, NJ is seeking a Forklift Operator to support daily hub operations. The role involves picking orders, loading/unloading, and maintaining inventory accuracy using PKMS and power equipment.

The position is onsite, Monday–Friday 5:00am–1:30pm with overtime as needed. We value attendance, teamwork, and safety, and offer comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year forklift experience operating Swing Reach, Reach Truck, & Order Picker.
• Onsite role.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing duties as necessary.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing and able to be cross trained and certified to operate WSI DDC equipment: Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
• Flexible to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily pick for the Hub using the inventory management system.
• Load and unload, stack, and stage products with various power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through the warehouse system.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of aisles and surroundings.
• Promote safety awareness and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision.
