Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in South Brunswick, NJ is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations within our growing distribution network.

You will operate order picker and other power equipment, complete daily picks, move items, and maintain inventory accuracy using our warehouse management system. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and strong attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year forklift experience with Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer & Turret.
• This is an onsite role and office environment.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to perform any required duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn Warehouse Management System functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing to be cross-trained to operate all WSIDDC equipment (Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, fast learner.
• Flexible to overtime; must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to complete all tasks by end of day.
• Complete daily hub picks using the inventory system.
• Move items per orders; may require power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via warehouse system.
• Complete staging and sweeping tasks using power equipment.
• Load, unload, stack and stage products with power equipment.
• Keep aisles and surroundings organized daily.
• Promote safety awareness and culture across the site.
• Perform other duties as instructed.
